Clickview can be accessed from the WCCS Portal page which is accessible from home as well as from school.
Go to the school portal ( www.willcarey.nsw.edu.au ) as detailed previously and click on the “Clickview” icon.
If you are accessing ClickView from home, you will be redirected to a login page shown below. Sign in using your school username and password (e.g. matthewsd not matthewsd@wccs.nsw.edu.au). Do not use your email address.
If you are using Clickview at school, it’ll log you in without you having to type your credentials.
Once you have logged in, the dashboard is the first screen you will see. Click on “Libraries” to go to the WCCS video catalogue. Select the school and then the subject of the video you are requesting. If you know the video you want already, simply search for the video using the search box. In the example below, Aboriginal Studies is a subcategory of the Secondary School category.

Display close captions for the video
Attached documents that come with the video, like worksheets.
Chapters in the video
Video resolution. Increase the resolution to get a better quality image
Video volume
Play on a device, like an Apple TV
Full screen mode.
Sharing a video to teachers or students is easy. Click the “Share” tab below the video and click “Email this Link”. If you don’t want to email the link, you can copy it and paste it into a document like a Google Doc or Word.
Some videos are interactive and have questions imbedded into the video. If it does, it’ll look similar to the above screenshot. Select the video you want and click on “Interactive Videos”, below the video to see if its interactive.
You can upload a video from your computer by clicking on “Workspace” at the top of the page and selecting.
“Upload a video”. If you want to upload a video from your phone, you can download the Clickview app from the Play Store or the App Store. Videos uploaded from the App will appear in your Workspace.
