The ICT Help blog is one of these resources which can be found on the Staff Portal by clicking the Staff ICT Help link in the Navigation bar. Please navigate this page to troubleshoot ICT related issues before logging a job. 

It is best if you first consult the ICT Help Site to see if a solution for you problem has been posted there before logging a ticket or calling the ICT staff.
