School Intranet

The school intranet, located at “wccs/”, which is only accessible when on the school network, is the central location for information and homepage for staff while at school. The home page features a number of forums, the most important being the “school related information”, which should be checked daily for relevant information. You are welcome to participate on the other forums as you would like.

For links to common external pages, select the “links” tab.

The intranet has a number of other features that you will require regular access to.

Figleaf

The figleaf, is the daily digital noticeboard for highschool students which should be read in each morning in pastoral care. This can be viewed or printed from the intranet page and limited physical copies can be found in the sign on room.

To create a notice on the figleaf, fill out the form under the “New / Figleaf Message” menu.

"Todays Figleaf" can also be accessed through the Staff Portal under "News and Updates".

Resetting Student Accounts

A common student request is that they have lost or forgotten their password and need it reset. This can be done by navigating to the “Student Password” page, under the Students tab.

To reset the password, Begin typing in the name of the student and then make sure to click the name in the automatically populated field to select. Selecting reset password will change the students password to 123abc!! (the default), selecting “Release Account” will resolve issues that may occur when a student has multiple computers logged in at the same time.
