Within this program model, student-led leadership is strongly encouraged. At Ryerson’s Multicultural / Leadership Night, students were at the forefront of the event, with different leadership positions being carried out by the kids themselves. Student leaders displayed poster boards highlighting their involvement in various clubs, and shared their experiences with the families that were present; these students were proudly identified by “Leader of the Pack” t-shirts.
