PLCs Accessing Google Files
Google Shared Drives are special folders in Google Drive that you can use to store, search, and access files with a team. Shared drive files belong to the team instead of an individual. Even if members leave, the files stay in the shared drive so your team can keep sharing information and work anywhere, from any device.
If you are transitioning teams, buildings, or leaving the district, please share your WCSD curricular resources or frequently used classroom materials in a Google shared drive that is either with your Content PLC or if your building has a specific shared drive.
There must be more than one person who has access to the shared drive and has the permissions of "Manager".
Departing the District?
Students or staff who are departing the district might want to transfer their Google files, calendars, emails, etc. to a different Google account.
Google Takeout Documentation: Follow the directions to transfer what you would like from your WCSD account.
