Calculator app on iPad
Designed for the unique capabilities of iPad, the Calculator app delivers an entirely new way to use Apple Pencil or a keyboard to solve expressions.
Written math
Write out a basic or scientific expression using Apple Pencil just like you would on a piece of paper, and Math Notes will instantly solve your expressions inline when you write an equals sign.
Math Notes
With a new Math Notes calculator, you can evaluate expressions, assign variables, and even create graphs by simply writing or typing out math.
Handwriting with Smart Script
Smart Script in Notes uses a powerful, on-device machine learning model to re-create your handwriting style from your notes. Just jot down your thoughts as fast as you have them and Smart Script will refine them as you write to be smoother, straighter, and more legible.1 You can also paste typed text in your handwriting,1 correct spelling inline, touch and drag to reflow text2 for more space, and scratch out writing to remove it.
Live audio transcription
Record audio sessions within your note and generate live audio transcriptions you can search through or combine with other comments, checklists, or documents.
