Physical Health

Physical Health refers to your physical body and how well it is operating. Often when we think about what makes us "healthy", we think about the food we eat, and the exercise we do. However, your physical health is just ONE of the dimensions of health. It is important to try and be active everyday, and eat a balanced diet when possible, but your physical health is just one piece of your health puzzle! In this section you will find resources and activities to help develop, and or maintain your physical health!

The Daily Big 3

With this resource from SHAPE America, you will participate in 3 activities every day. You will complete one activity that will help your mental/emotion health, one physically active activity, and one reflection activity! This resource is also great for those who are looking to add structure, or routine back into their day!

The three resources below can be used separately, or together. Attempt to complete "Bingo" everyday, picking a new pattern each time! Use the April calendar and complete an activity for each day of the month, or, use the At Home Activities resource if you need some ideas on staying active at home!
