Meet the Support Team

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

I am excited and honored to welcome each and every one of you to the beginning of a new school year at Waterford Junior High School. This school year will be a year of setting and reaching attainable goals, working hard, persevering, and taking our school and student achievement to the next level of “EXCELLENCE”.

At Waterford Junior High School, we are dedicated to a student-centered program that promotes academic excellence as well as mental health support. As a staff, we are here to support students to ensure they reach their fullest potential. We look forward to working with students, parents, and the members of the community to provide a nurturing and positive environment that students of Waterford deserve.

Hello Waterford Junior High students, parents, and staff! I am so happy to be part of the WJHS team! I am originally from Oakland, California, where I was fortunate enough to grow up in a diverse community filled with many memories. I attended CSU Stanislaus and received a Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology, where I was able to find my true passion of helping others. I am currently in my last semester of my Masters in School Counseling from CSU Stanislaus, home of the Warriors. In my spare time I enjoy reading and watching Harry Potter (I’m a proud Gryffindor, loyal and true). I also enjoy spending time with my family, working out, and trying/cooking new foods every chance that I get. I couldn’t be more excited to be working with you all this year!
