Children aged 12 and over are eligible for a Covid-19 vaccination.

We have now received a date from the NHS Vaccination team directly for when they will be on-site for vaccinations.

*Please note, this letter refers to students receiving their Flu vaccination at the same time. Our students should have already received their flu vaccinations.

Students will receive a NEW consent form, that has directly been provided by the NHS. Please complete this form and return in to the Academy by Friday 3rd December, at the latest.

Only students who have returned this form will be eligible for their vaccination on-site.
