What provokes conflict and how can we manage it?

The course was held in Ljubljana, Slovenia and organized by Primera courses. The objective of the course is the fundamental Goal of Relationship Awareness Theory (RAT): to make relationships effective, to move from awareness to understanding and then effectiveness. Participants develop core skills to build effective relationships, avoid unnecessary conflicts and better manage the rest of the conflicts.

The participant on this course was Ksenija Ondrašek, psychologist and coordinator of the project.

The first day she introduced our school to other participants and emphasized what makes our school different from others and what makes us proud.

The course is designed as an interactive process with emphasis on establishing a mentor relationship between the participants and the trainer.

It follows two-way communnication process including discussions, interactive games, working in groups and pairs, presentations, case studies, thinking techniques and individual activities.

On the course were teachers from Croatia, Malta and Romania. Regardless of the country we came from, we have found many similarities in the challenges we face in our work.
