If you have an email list of over 500,000 people then you will have to contact them to check for your custom pricing.

Aweber Pricing is Pretty simple and you can see It below.

You can clearly see that the numbers here are very affordable and in my opinion I think Aweber is cheaper and affordable. The pricing plans don’t overwhelm you or break the Bank.

What I like About Convertkit rather Than Aweber?

Convertkit is very straight forward and so are it’s menus. With Aweber it took me days to master where each feature is located.

The segmentation and tagging in Convertkit is very confusing at first and most often when you have a free plan it is going to frustrate you.

The incentive Email feature is added right at the moment you are creating the landing page which is a good feature when you are dealing with multiple and saves time.

while in Aweber you have to save the landing page first and then craft the incentive email individually which is frustrating to me.

What I like About Aweber rather Than Convertkit?

Aweber’s free plan gives you access to their campaign manager where you can schedule messages or rather emails to be sent out to your audience at a later point Which never exists in the Convertkit Free plan.

I would consider the tagging and segmentation in Aweber better than in Convertkit. It allows you to add tags to landing pages which isn’t offered in Convertkit Free Plan.

The Pricing is better in very affordable compared to Convertkit. With Convertkit you need to be solid good at monetizing your leads so that you can afford any pricing level you are at!

I did a poll on Reddit to try and see which software people would recommend to a friend It seems for the first 15 hours Aweber was the most recommendable piece of software for email marketing. Catch Up With The results here below.

With aweber , when you login, your dashboard should look similar to the one above. You can easily create landing pages by clicking onto landing pages.

Aweber is better with landing pages and has been updated in that you can create landing pages from scratch unlike Convertkit which is limited to the available templates.

To view your subscribers contacts simply click onto subscribers and it will show you all the new subscribers you have got in the latest days , weeks and overall.

To create a campaign in Aweber it is simple and everything is drag and drop. You can add subscribers

Once you have created your lead magnet and added your it to landing page then you can start a new campaign by clicking on create a new campaign.

Ensure you deliver what you promised as always. After that, give your lead magnet a name and then move on to the next step.

If you the paid plan for Aweber you will have the option to have multiple lists and this will enable you to get even more creative and advanced in your campaigns.

But if you are specific to one niche then you should be okay and one list is good for you .

The rest from here now is drag and drop using the menu from the left. You can add wait blocks and message block which are the real emails sent out to your subscribers.

If you have no idea what to write in your welcome email you can consider doing a video intro. If you don’t want to be on camera then you can write a little bit about yourself and your business.

Convertkit User Dashboard Explained

With Convertkit it is easier as well though the features are limited.

This is how easy it is to create the landing pages in Converkit.

Click on the landing pages and forms menu at the top then you will be able to create your landing page. By clicking on the create new button at the bottom.

After you have your landing page set up then you can consider writing your incentive email if you don’t want this option you can unchecked it off.

To send the emails in Convertkit you will need to upgrade for the paid plans if you need automation.

But with the free plan you can easily send broadcasts which are the same as emails in the automation workflow/ sequence but you can also schedule them as well.

Convertkit is good because it gives you more room to gather up to 1000 subscribers.

Getresponse too can be a good one if you need more advanced email marketing then I would recommend it as very good for those that are operating large businesses.

I am fully confident that email marketing works but you should choose an email service that doesn’t break the bank. Aweber is good when you are just starting out. and gives you more features compared to Convertkit.

I do recommend using then both and see which one works better for your business. I being a blogger find Convertkit the best and if you are into business as well Aweber is great because of its fair price compared to Convertkit.

Further still if you have a domain and you would like to connect it to Aweber or Convertkit you can easily do that by going over to settings add custom domains and follow the simple instructions .

It is so easy and each email host will guide you through it. All you need is to login into your hosting account and add it under the DNS settings.

I recommend you use Aweber if you are on a budget and if you need something more UI advanced and you are none savvy then Convertkit is for you.
