The Rainbow Lantern
In a village where the sky never showed more than one color, children from around the world gathered to solve the mystery. Mei from China brought a compass, Kofi from Ghana brought a drum, and Sofia from Spain brought a mirror.

They discovered an old lantern in a hidden cave, its glass panels dull and lifeless. An inscription read, “Only the light of unity will bring the colors to life.”

Together, they figured out the puzzle. Mei used her compass to align the lantern with the stars, Kofi drummed a rhythm that made the lantern vibrate, and Sofia angled the mirror to catch the sunlight and focus it into the lantern.

The lantern glowed, casting a brilliant rainbow across the sky. From then on, the village celebrated “Unity Day,” honoring how differences can create something beautiful when combined.
