At Yesense CIC, we believe that wellbeing is not only something we work on indoors. Sometimes, the best support comes from fresh air, movement, shared experiences and simply being outside with other people

Our outdoor activities are open to anyone who would like to feel more connected, more active and less isolated. They are gentle, friendly and informal. You do not need to be experienced, sporty or confident. You can simply come as you are

Being outdoors can support mental and emotional wellbeing in a very natural way. Walking, swimming, visiting beautiful places and spending time in nature can help reduce stress, improve mood, support physical health and create a sense of routine and belonging

We organise regular outdoor activities, including swimming sessions, local walks, short one day trips, museum visits, visits to London landmarks, Kew Gardens and other interesting places around the city and beyond

These activities are also a way to discover London, meet new people and spend time in a safe and welcoming community. Some days are active, some are calm, and some are simply about enjoying something beautiful together
