We are not a medical, psychiatric, or clinical service.
Our activities are intended for personal development, creativity, community engagement and emotional wellbeing. They are not substitutes for professional mental health, medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
3. Eligibility
To participate in our services, you must:
be at least 18 years old, unless attending a designated children’s session with parental consent;
provide accurate information during registration;
not use our services for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to sessions or terminate access to services if behaviour violates our policies or disrupts others.
4. Bookings, Payments and Cancellations
Some of our events are free, some require a fee or donation.
Bookings must be made through our website, Eventbrite, Meetup, or other approved platforms.
Cancellation policies may vary per event and will be communicated at the point of booking.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless legally required or explicitly stated.
5. Health, Safety and Personal Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that:
They attend events at their own risk.
Outdoor activities may involve natural hazards (weather, terrain, physical exertion).
It is their responsibility to ensure that they are physically and mentally able to participate.
Yesense CIC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of services, failure to follow instructions, or personal negligence.

All materials, content, artwork, exercises, documentation, audio, video, and branding created by Yesense CIC are protected by copyright.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share our materials without explicit written consent.
Personal use is allowed only if individual sessions explicitly permit it.
