DECRETO N.º 147-A

Del 8 de agosto 2024 

Que designa al Ministro de Gobierno, encargado 

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA 

en uso de sus facultades constitucionales y legales,

 DECRETA: 

ARTÍCULO 1

Desígnese a JUAN FRANCISCO BORRELL CAL, con cédula de identidad personal No. 8-718-859, actual Viceministro de Gobierno, como Ministro de Gobierno, encargado del 11 al 12 de agosto de 2024, inclusive mientras la titular DINOSKA MONTAL VO, se encuentre en misión oficial. 

ARTÍCULO 2

Esta designación rige a partir de la Toma de Posesión del cargo. 

COMUNÍQUESE Y CÚMPLASE. 

Dado en la ciudad de Panamá, a los ( 8 ) días del mes dE (agosto) de dos mil veinticuatro (2024).

Appointing the Minister of Government, in charge 

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC 

in use of his constitutional and legal powers,

 DECREES: 

ARTICLE 1

JUAN FRANCISCO BORRELL CAL, with personal identity card No. 8-718-859, current Vice Minister of Government, is hereby appointed Minister of Government, in charge from August 11 to 12, 2024, inclusive, while the incumbent DINOSKA MONTAL VO, is on official mission. 

ARTICLE 2

This appointment shall be effective as from the date of taking office. 

BE IT COMMUNICATED AND COMPLIED WITH. 

Given in the city of Panama, on the eight (8) day of the month of August of the year two thousand and twenty-four (2024).
