Власти РФ нашли решение по борьбе с высокими ценами на бензин

Если цены на топливо внутри России продолжат значительно возрастать, то вопрос о прекращении экспорта будет вновь поставлен перед правительством. Об этом заявил первый зампред комитета по энергетике Госдумы Игорь Ананских.

«Мы фиксируем рост цен. Если он будет очень серьезный, то депутаты Госдумы вновь вернутся к постановке вопроса о прекращении экспорта», — передает слова Ананских газета «Известия». Он отметил, что основная причина роста цен — экспорт нефтепродуктов за границу, поскольку нефтегазовым компаниям выгоднее продавать топливо за пределами России.

Однако Ананских выразил надежду на то, что крупные российские нефтяные компании сами начнут ограничивать цены на внутреннем рынке. Такое решение позволить избежать введения ограничительных мер, заключил первый зампред по энергетике.

Согласно документу Росстата, с 21 по 27 ноября цены на бензин снизились в 36 регионах России, благодаря запрету на экспорт топлива. Наибольшее понижение цен было замечено в Красноярском крае — 1,1%, в то время как в Москве цены остались неизменными, а в Санкт-Петербурге упали на 0,1%. Однако в Астраханской, Владимирской и Тверской областях цены на бензин повысились на 0,3%, 0,2% и 0,1% соответственно. Законопроект, внесенный в Госдуму, предлагает ограничить рост цен на автомобильный бензин, дизтопливо, прямогонный бензин, авиационный керосин в пределах прогнозируемого уровня инфляции, передает РАПСИ.

If fuel prices within Russia continue to rise significantly, the issue of stopping exports will again be put before the government. This was stated by Igor Ananskikh, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Energy Committee.

"We are fixing the price rise. If it will be very serious, then the deputies of the State Duma will again return to raise the issue of stopping exports," the Izvestia newspaper reports Ananskikh's words. He noted that the main reason for the price rise is the export of oil products abroad, as it is more profitable for oil and gas companies to sell fuel outside Russia.

However, Ananskikh expressed hope that large Russian oil companies themselves will start limiting prices on the domestic market. Such a decision would allow avoiding the introduction of restrictive measures, the first deputy energy chairman concluded.

According to a Rosstat document, gasoline prices fell in 36 Russian regions from November 21 to 27, thanks to the ban on fuel exports. The biggest price drop was seen in Krasnoyarsk Krai - 1.1%, while in Moscow prices remained unchanged and in St. Petersburg prices fell by 0.1%. However, in Astrakhan, Vladimir and Tver regions, gasoline prices increased by 0.3%, 0.2% and 0.1% respectively. The bill, submitted to the State Duma, proposes to limit the growth of prices for motor gasoline, diesel fuel, straight-run gasoline, aviation kerosene within the predicted inflation rate, RAPSI reports.

Las autoridades rusas han  encontrado una solución para combatir los altos precios de la gasolina

Si los precios de los carburantes en Rusia siguen subiendo significativamente, se volverá a plantear al Gobierno la cuestión de poner fin a las exportaciones. Así lo ha declarado Igor Ananskikh, vicepresidente primero del Comité de Energía de la Duma Estatal.

"Estamos estudiando la subida de precios. Si será muy grave, entonces los diputados de la Duma Estatal volverán a plantear la cuestión del cese de las exportaciones", informa el diario Izvestia en palabras de Ananskij. Señaló que la principal razón del aumento de precios es la exportación de productos petrolíferos al extranjero, ya que a las compañías petroleras y gasísticas les resulta más rentable vender combustible fuera de Rusia.

Sin embargo, Ananskikh expresó su esperanza de que las propias grandes compañías petroleras rusas empiecen a limitar los precios en el mercado nacional. Tal decisión permitiría evitar la introducción de medidas restrictivas, concluyó el vicepresidente primero de Energía.

Según un documento de Rosstat, los precios de la gasolina bajaron en 36 regiones rusas del 21 al 27 de noviembre, gracias a la prohibición de exportar combustible. La mayor caída de precios se registró en la región de Krasnoyarsk, un 1,1%, mientras que en Moscú los precios no variaron y en San Petersburgo bajaron un 0,1%. Sin embargo, en las regiones de Astracán, Vladimir y Tver los precios de la gasolina subieron un 0,3%, un 0,2% y un 0,1%, respectivamente. El proyecto de ley, presentado en la Duma del Estado, propone limitar el crecimiento de los precios de la gasolina de motor, el gasóleo, la gasolina ligera y la parafina de aviación dentro de la tasa de inflación prevista, informa RAPSI.
