"Cub Scout Pack 364 has been in operation since 1947 and has been sponsored by St. Paul's Lutheran Blue Church since 2000. The group is comprised of Tiger, Bear, Wolf and Webelos dens that work to build individual character, learn citizenship and to develp personal fitness. As part of the Minsi Trails Council, the pact takes part in volunteer activities in connection to Blue Church and the Coopersburg community while teaching the points of Scout Law: trustworthiness, helpfulness, friendliness, courtesy, kindness, obedience, cheer, thrift, bravery, cleanliness and reverence."

Several Southern Lehigh Girl Scout troops have their meetings at Blue Church. Troops of different age levels, from Daisies, Brownies, Juniors and Cadettes all meet in the Fellowship Hall on various days during the week.
