Precia is a kingdom that values knowledge above all else, with its librarians, researchers, and scholars being held in high esteem. Though generally peaceful, it often squabbles with other kingdoms over access to ruins and historical artifacts it believes it has a right to study.

It is led by a family of Palace Elves from its capital city of Lumina. The king and queen rule jointly and hold equal power. They greatly value, outside of knowledge, the image of peace and perfection, keeping the city as clean as possible, as well as themselves. The city's guards are often kept hidden behind walls and watchtowers rather than left in the open to push the image of a peaceful city.

Though this perfection is not all that it seems - the king and queen, for several generations now, have chosen to rank their children based on how suited they seem to take on the throne. While logically, this makes sense, in practical applications, it presents as blatant favoritism.
