"A large race of raptor like creatures. They are intelligent and diverse, and while living relatively domestically they still tend to be more "feral" than others at times. They are strict carnivores and will pretty much prey on anything that isn't another Raporos. And even then there have been cases to the contrary. They have full size fully functional wings as well as two small arms similar in build to theropods, that are turned inwards. The Raporos can be found mainly in Halios and are complicit with the rule of the Daiten king. But similarly to the Deoge they have their own governing body as well. Unlike the Deoge however, the Raporos all share one single governing body instead of being in multiple tribes. Raporos representatives can be found among the Halian Council as a result while Deoge can not. "

Typically large race of raptor like creature. They have 3 digits on each foot and hand, all with a craw on the end. They have a full size fully functional pair of wings that are used for flight but also have social uses. the hands and feet( and ankles) have no feathers and their beaks have anywhere from 2 to 8 sharp tooth like points to them. They also have teeth in their mouths but more towards the back of their mouths. They come in many different looks, resembling different predatory birds. They also heavily resemble theropods in structure, especially with their inward turned hands.

Personality
Proud, harsh, and passionate. The Raporos are very proud of who they are and can tend to favor their own over others. That being said they still are more than capable of cohabitating with other races. They often do not like Deoge and would even eat them before it was made illegal and Deoge were recognized as people by the Halian government. Despite their harsh nature they have a love of art and music and there actually aren't many criminal activities involving these birds.
