2 Corinthians 11:13-15 MKJV
(13) For such ones are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. (14) Did not even Satan marvelously transform himself into an angel of light? (15) Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves as ministers of righteousness, whose end shall be according to their works.
Satan is known under many epithets. The most intriguing one is "Angel of light" in the derogatory connotation of 2 Corinthians 11:13-15. But, Jesus Christ is the Light and the light of the world (John 1). Lucifer will masquerade the second coming of Jesus () who is Light. Therefore, Satan is not that ugly representation we publish him to be, as the name Lucifer implies. Satan must be very content with that horned animal look so that it is easier for him to fool the lost in the faith when he will masquerade the second coming in the form of Jesus (). Besides being a brilliant fallen angel, how does he masquerade as a fake angel of light since we are not allowed to see him?
Well, as God manifests Himself in people so does Satan. We are of God when we manifest the will of God, We are of Satan we do not manifest in ourselves the will of God. Satan does not always manifest himself brutally. Remember how he lead Eve astray in the book of Genesis. His deceitful stratagem with Eve was a little enlightening spin in the scope of the word of God. Read the narrative in the book of Genesis.
Because both God and Satan manifest themselves in our behavior and endeavor, each human being is either an agent of God or an agent of Satan (2 Corinthians 11:13-15), no matter how well respected or despised we may be. It is not difficult to identify either agent since we read that those of us who uphold and do only the will of God is of God () and that the Holy Spirit enables some of us to spot false spirits (1 Corinthians 12:10). As we read in 2 Corinthians 11:19-15, we may be fooled by an apostle of Christ. This false apostle of Christ can be the very preacher who sermons us. Understand, the false apostle of Christ is not the one who leads another secret life in contrary to the true will of God that he is preaching. The preacher with a secret sinful life is just as a sinner as we are and God wills that he stops being a hypocrite. The false apostle of Christ is the perfect preacher who turns out to be a deceitful worker because he is preaching seemingly noble godly doctrines of men that do not pass any biblical scrutiny. If you know some noble flagrant disregard for the will of God being preached or practiced while another true cause for the will of God is being championed within the same ministry, you just uncover Satan manifesting himself as an angel of light by the legacy of that false apostle of Christ or the doctrine of men (Mark 7:7). If you know the will of God you know the voice of Satan and his agents. If we know the will of God, we are aware of our sins. Being aware of our sins, we may ( king David was not aware that he was sinning against God when he used deceitful stratagems to secure for himself the forbidden wife of his neighbor) be conscious of whom is leading us.

(7) But to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the profit of all).
(8) For to one is given a word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another a word of knowledge according to the same Spirit,
(9) and to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit,
(10) to another the working of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another discerning of spirits, and to another different kinds of tongues, and to another interpretation of tongues.
(11) But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills.
The insidious war being raged by Satan and the fallen angels to lead us astray is very subtle. We desperately need to pray for discernment.

(13) And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil. For Yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
As we gather from 1 Corinthians 12:7-11, as an ekklesia of God, we need the team effort inspired by the Holy Spirit to secure victory over the masquerades of Satan, because we each lack of a gift.
