(7) And God, shall He not execute justice for His own elect, who cry out day and night to Him, and yet He is patient with them?
(8) I tell you that He will execute justice for them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?"
When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand, then the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is the seed being sown beside the road. (Matthew 13:19 EMTV)

(10) and in all deception of unrighteousness among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
(11) And because of this, God will send them strong delusion, in order for them to believe the lie,
(12) so that they all might be damned who did not believe the truth, but delighted in unrighteousness.
