The war has finally ended. [20 years and 8 months] have passed since the day that marked the end. [19 years and 8 months] have passed since the defeat of the othermind, and the Pantalan tribes have returned to Pantala to rebuild their homes and settle in. Contact is minimal between the two continents for the time being. 

Animus magic had returned to normal and miraculously swept across all tribes at the time of the defeat of the othermind. No one knows the source of it, but animus dragons and magic are being monitored closer than ever. NightWings have returned to The Lost City of Night and are working hard to rebuild their homes. SeaWings are working tirelessly to rebuild the Summer Palace. All the tribes live in relative peace. For now... 

After the defeat of the othermind, things were relatively peaceful on the newly found continent. The LeafWings joined together under one rule in the poison jungle, while the SilkWings split off from the HiveWings to regain independency. The HiveWings had the biggest changes in their political life. Determined to never let a corrupt leader take control again, they split the power more equally among the different hives. Each hive had an elected representative that would ensure the needs of their hive were being met. Ladies/Lords/Lieges still overlooked each individual hive, but the rule became much more of a mutual partnership.

The three tribes were finally beginning to settle into their new lives when the storm hit. 

Predicted by a NightWing seer and warned by the NightWing queen, it was only by luck that the three tribes managed to escape the continent relatively unscathed. The hurricane was only the beginning of it. 

Strong winds ripped trees from the ground and intense rainfall flooded most parts of the continent. Small earthquakes in the ocean caused by the hurricane shifted the tectonic plates enough to send powerful earthquakes to the continent, ripping apart the land and collapsing mountains. A powerful tsunami followed due to the earthquakes, rendering the entire land uninhabitable. Landslides would corrupt the land as the water slowly retreated. There was nothing to go back to. Once a place full of life and promise, Pantala had been destroyed beyond repair.

The Pantalans arrived with the cure to the disease that had plagued Pyrrhia, and have been on the continent for [4 years and 8 months].

Jade Mountain Academy reopened [2 years and 4 months] ago after a collapsed tunnel was repaired.
