Dull scales: These Seawings are unable to light up their luminescent scales, and therefore cannot speak Aquatic.
Water Whiskers: A harmless aesthetic mutation where the affected dragon grows extra barbells on their chin and cheeks. These barbells can assist in navigating in the dark and even hunting.
Frill Gills: This affects the gills of the dragon, making them external like an axolotl. While pretty, these feathery gills are very fragile and sensitive, preventing the affected dragon from breathing in salty or dirty water. If out of the water for too long, their gills may dry out, which can be fatal.
Drifters: Similar to sea-whiskers, there are an abundance of dragging limbs coming off of the SeaWings limbs, wings and back. These resemble a jellyfish's tentacles or oral arms, and are lace-like but contain no ability. They aren't controllable either.
Unhingable Jaw: Like eels, this mutation allows the ability to entirely unhinge their jaws to eat food and size up enemies. There is a high chance this mutation could permanently remove the jaw from the skull and get it stuck.
Extra Webbing: Extra webbing attached the arms to the body, same with the legs, causing an odd flying squirrel appearance. It is thought to be caused by an extra gene in the dragonet. May be uncomfortable when walking or flying. The severity of these cases will determine how much webbing a dragon has.
Shark-Finned: SeaWing's with this have shark-like fins at the end of their tails. This will not affect much, but they will have to learn how to swim differently.
Shark-Teeth: The affacted dragon will have extra rows of teeth similar to sharks. They will fall out occasionally but regrow, and may be mildly to severely uncomfortable.
Waterblast: Dragons that possess this ability can shoot out strong blasts of water in various temperatures, from ice cold to boiling hot. However, they are not immune to the water and run the risk of burning or freezing themselves.
Spinosaurus: This causes SeaWings to have a large back sail like a Spinosaurus, which could make it difficult to swim underwater, and/or spinosaurus-like tails.
Whale Tail: Much like the shark tail mutation, but instead similar to a whale/dolphin, where they have a caudal fin. Some dragons even have a dorsal fin on their back.
Thermal vision: SeaWings that are born in the deep sea can develop the ability to detect heat signatures from creatures around them, similar to how dragonfish hunt.
Echolocation: SeaWings are able to utilize clicks and whistles to get a better picture of their surroundings, much like whales and dolphins.
Suckers: Suction cup like suckers can be found on the underside of the SeaWing's talons and/or tail. This helps with latching on to prey or sticking to the sea floor. These suckers may also have a ring of tiny serrated teeth inside them.
Squid beak: The muzzle of a SeaWing is hard and chitinous, similar to that of a cephalopod's beak. This makes it easier to slice or tear apart prey. Depending on the beak's length and such, it may disturb the SeaWing's ability to verbally speak. (separate shop item)
Electricscales: Dragons affected with this are able to give off electric shocks at will. They are strong enough to stun an average sized dragon and enough to kill or seriously injure a dragonet. The larger the shock, the longer the cooldown will be. This is usually caused by an egg being exposed to large volts of electricity near hatching, likely from electric eels or extensive and extreme lightning storms. (separate shop item)
Anglerfish Lure: Like angler fish, these dragons have a light bauble to guide the way under water. However, they can have more than one. They usually appear on the main areas of the dragon (on the fin, tail, wing tips, etc). This is usually caused by an egg being laid at very deep elevations. (separate shop item)
Manta Ray: SeaWings with this mutation have broad, rounded wings that are incapable of flight. They can, however, glide. It also improves their swimming ability. (separate shop item)
Coral Reef: These SeaWings have coral growing all over their scales, making them a living reef. It hurts them greatly if the base of the coral is broken off. (separate shop item)
Transparentscales: These SeaWings would have slightly opaque skin and flesh in the worst cases. You can slightly see through these SeaWings and see their skeleton and organs occasionally. This makes the SeaWings extremely sensitive, but due to their odd lightness they can move more quickly and smoothly. (giveaway only)
Land locked: The affacted SeaWing has no gills, fins, or webbed talons, making it extremely difficult to live underwater. (giveaway only)
Brightblood: A detrimental mutation where the phosphorescent chemicals in the affected dragon's spots leak into the bloodstream. The affected dragon's spots do not glow as brightly as normal but their blood is slightly luminescent, making the dragon seem to faintly glow. The chemicals are mildly toxic to dragons, especially in large doses. Most dragons born with this usually are constantly sick from it. This can also happen through injury but often heals, which make the toxins get flushed out of the system. (giveaway only)
Lionfish Spines: These dragons have spines like lionfish, which are extremely venomous and painful. If stung by them, it causes pain, sweating, respiratory distress, and in severe cases, paralysis. (giveaway only)
