Member activity checks are done within three specific months (January, May, and September)
01. If a member goes 5 months without sending any messages, they will be kicked even if they reacted to the activity check announcement
02. For long hiatuses (hiatuses 2 months or longer), we will check in monthly with the user. After 4 months, if they show no signs of returning, any high ranks will be removed from the user. After six months, they will be kicked
03. Hiatuses can not be longer than 3 months to start out but can be extended to a max of 6 months if needed
04. Members will be given an "inactive" role after 3 activity checks if they have sent no messages (these members will lose the ability to apply for high ranks, ..., ....)
Characters Affected: Queen, Monarch, King, Princess, Royal, Prince, and Animus
On the first of every month, staff will be checking to make sure characters are in an active roleplay thread with at least three posts over the month. Threads can continue through multiple activity checks as long as they remain active. Missing 3 activity checks with little to no communication on your end will result in your character being removed permanently.
Activity checks are per character, so if you have a queen and two princesses, then all three characters will need to be actively used.
For High Rank(s) to be excused for the roleplayer's hiatus:
The hiatus duration must be 14 days (two weeks), at least within the current month. (ex. June 1 - 14 or June 1 - 10, then 15 - 25)
The duration is kept within the current month and does not carry over the next month.
Ex. If someone makes a hiatus that starts June 20th and ends on July 22nd, then they are excused for July (1 - 22), but not June since the duration is less than two weeks during the month of June (June 20 - 30 is only ten days).
