The SriRamakrishna Vivekananda Seva Samiti, KPHB Colony took up fund-raising for the HUDOOD Cyclone Relief cause. The Samiti@KPHB Colony raised a fund of Rs.22,000/- from respected donors (receipts 115 to 200 in the 1st phase) and Rs.650/- (receipts 401, 403, 405, 406 in the 2nd phase) (mainly from JNTUH employees and others from KPHB Colony and surroundings) and sent by online bank transfer to R.K.Mission Sevashrama, Visakhapatnam. In the 2nd phase of fund raising, Rs.1000/- was collected and handed over to the Mission Sevashrama during the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations 19-21 December 2014.
