Structure of Seda village started in 1953 according the general plan of the project developed by designing organization of USSR peat factory. The rights of a town were assigned in 1991. Seda is a small town with compact structure and street spoke-like planning, regular sections and circumferential structuring. Peculiar cultural historical value is samples of Stalinist architecture and town build in a style of Socialist Classicism.
