Hospital complex lead by architect A. Reinbergs was unveiled in 1907, consists of several pavilion-like buildings for patients and household complex. The park of the hospital ensures harmonious environment.

Water tower-chimney of the Strenči Psihoneurological Hospital tower above the territory of the hospital and is one of the most unusual engineering construction in the Baltics. It is 35 m high and is included in the list of protected cultural historical objects of Latvian industrial heritage.
