Cultural Centre can be seen from centre of the town and is situated at the end of Uzvaras street. Pompoze house with four white columns and decorative finishing elements is in accordance with concept of the architectual style Stalinist Classicism. Imposing building was constructed in 1954, in 2012 it was partly reconstructed and now is available for visitors of cultural events.

Exhibition is available on the second floor of the Seda Cultural Centre, acquainting with history of development of Seda surroundings.
