Complex and park of Manor house Jērcēni

Complex and park of Manor house Jērcēni was formed in the middle of 19th century. It consists of "Freulien" house, built by baron Adalberts fon Krīdeners for his unwed sisters, manor barn and manor stable. Several of inside interior elements of the "Freulien" house witnesses the luxurious life of Baltic German landlords - tile fireplace, four tile stoves, wooden ceiling, door apertures, stairs, etc. On the upper part of the tile stove there is a reproduction of the coat of arms of baron's family. Complex of Manor house Jērcēni is enclosed by Jaunjērcēni park with different three species, rare plants and variety of birds. Park is beautiful in all seasons. It is possible to organise a picnic there.

In order to see the inside interior of the Manor building and listen to the guided story it is necessary to coordinate visit in advance.
