Each day, your Village government is striving for a better community: overcoming financial distress, restoring public trust and improving civic services. Rutland Mayor Tyler M. Eblin is announcing the allocation of $16,160 from the Village's street construction, maintenance and repair fund toward planned street improvements in the Village of Rutland.
Mayor announces declaration of fiscal emergency

The Village of Rutland Mayor's Court is implementing a "zero-tolerance" policy for those who fail to appear or fail to comply with orders of the Court.
Rutland Village Marshal reports 40 calls for police service
March 3, 2022
Village Marshal and Chief of Police Kyle E. Calendine reports that the Village of Rutland Police Department answered a total of 40 calls for police service during the month of February, 2022, a 90.4% increase compared to calls requiring Village police during the month of January.
