Founded in 1799 and incorporated in 1913, the Village of Rutland has stood as a small, bucolic community in Meigs County, Ohio for over 220 years, situated a very short commute from the county seat resting along the majestic Ohio River.

Village building department receives approval

Mayor releases priorities for 2021 fiscal year
