Welcome to the Rutland Civic Center! Built in 1955, the Center is a beautiful, historic facility located in Rutland, Ohio. The Center may be rented for adult and youth sports, group or individual workouts and team practices as well as birthday parties, reunions, and more! Security Deposit
A security deposit in the amount of $50 is required for all rentals, except when waived by the Mayor. This deposit is retained and returned upon completion of the rental, provided that: The facilities are returned in a clean and orderly condition without litter and or damage.
Billing and Payment
Full payment of your rental fee and security deposit is required at the time of reservation if renting the building for one occurrence. If you are renting the building for multiple occurrences, you may request a payment plan to satisfy payment of your rental fees, however, your security deposit must be posted at the time of initial reservation. Adherence to the payment plan is required for continued use of the building.

The Village of Rutland now requires reservations of the Rutland Civic Center be completed in person or by telephone. The Office of the Village Clerk-Fiscal Officer has been assigned by the Mayor to process and administer all Center reservations.
