DIMENSIONS AND RULES

• 60 feet between bases, 40 feet to pitcher.

• Pitcher must wear a helmet or fielder's mask.

• Pitchers may start with one foot on the pitching plate.

• When pitching, Pitcher may leap in the air, land then release the ball as long as they do not establish a second push point also known as a "crop hop".

• The ball may be in the pitcher's hand or glove while the sign is taken.

• With the pivot foot in contact with the pitcher's plate, the pitcher is required to pause 2-5 seconds before the pitch.

• A Pitcher cannot step backwards after the pause.

• Stealing is allowed after the ball leaves the Pitcher's hand.

• Stealing of home is allowed on a wild pitch or passed ball.

• Dropped 3rd strike the ball is live and batter can run to 1st.

• Ball is always live.
