HOW TO RUN A 16U/17U PRACTICE
Practices last 60-90 minutes in duration (based on field availability).
Make sure to introduce yourself to the parents and players at first practice.
Typical practice plan: Stretching (5 minutes), baserunning (15 minutes), learning the positions (15 minutes), split up team into 3 groups for 3 stations run by the coaches and/or parents - hitting, fielding, throwing (30 mins - 10 mins each station).
