Positive Traits
Optimistic - Haribo always looks forward to the future with hope and positivity, trying to see the best possible future laid out in front of her. More importantly, she is proactive in pursuing that positive vision of the future, doing her best to create the goodness that she wants to see in the world.

Friendly - Haribo is a fundamentally personable Pokémon, and will frequently seek out interactions with others. She loves to meet new recruits, and puts a lot of effort into remembering details about every recruit she knows, in order to make them feel seen and known in the Hideout.
Caring - Haribo has a deep level of care for the Pokémon around her, and this is no more clear than in how she is around her children - both those adopted and those born into her family. Haribo makes time to spend with each and every one of her children individually, making sure they all know how much she loves them. She extends this care to many of the Hideout’s denizens, although not to as strong a degree.

Impatient - Haribo is impatient, not liking to wait for things, and will rush into a situation in an attempt to get it fixed even before she knows what's wrong.
Obsessive  - Haribo can be somewhat obsessive about the tasks she starts, often unable to tear herself away from something once she has committed to doing it.

Biography

Haribo was born to Babenon, a Pirate Vaporeon, and Marion, a Sylveon/Ribombee from a long line of Beevee hybrids. (Art) Marion was a bit of a recluse among her kind, choosing to live in a port city as the companion Pokémon to a human entertainer. Despite enjoying being somewhat in the spotlight (as a Sylveon, Marion has a very pretty singing voice to both humans and Pokémon) Marion never really left the building where her human works and lives. Haribo was raised within that environment, soaking in all the praise and love she got from the patrons of the establishment. She enjoyed dressing up fancy, and her favorite accessory was a big pink bow that she had worn ever since she was a baby.

Growing up she was kind of lonely despite all this attention, because although many people and Pokémon came in, none stayed around long, and none of them were her age. Then, one day, a Pokémon appeared mysteriously in her home. He was frightened and shy, and seemed to be about her age? He was a very pale Nickit that walked on two legs instead of four, and was able to do fun magic tricks. He introduced himself as Artagan, or "Artie". They became close friends, calling eachother brother and sister. Like Marion, Artie rarely left the establishment, but still, Haribo taught him how to have fun and play. He taught her how to read, and she made him a green cloak that resembled the feathers of Decidueye. 

Haribo met her dad a few times as his ship sails into port, and thinks he's pretty cool. He was the one who gave her her Charm Bracelet, which she is very proud of. She got the little unicorn charm because she just loves Galarian Ponyta, and the Blue Heart Charm is to represent her love for her blue dad!

When she was just reaching the cusp of adulthood, the curiosity and wanderlust that had always lived within her gripped her heart anew and, with the blessing of Marion, she set out on her own, promising to write back regularly. Her mum made sure Haribo's bow was on snugly, and gave her a kiss goodbye. Haribo bade goodbye to her childhood friend, as although she begged him to come adventuring with her, he refused to leave his new place of safety.

It didn't take long before the young Cutievee got herself into a small spot of trouble, but luckily she was able to get out of it by trailing after a group of Pokémon dressed in black hats and bandannas. As she describes it, she used her charming personality to convince these Pokémon to allow her to join their organization, that being Team Rocket. Haribo found purpose and joy in baking sweet treats and goodies for the Pokémon of the Hideout, and spent her days in the kitchens, doing just that.

As time passed, Haribo went on many adventures as part of Team Rocket. She met a charming Charizard/Umbreon named Stardust and they started dating. A few years later, a familiar character arrived, a Mew/Theivul fusion in a green Cloak. Artie had found her, and he'd evolved in the interim! He brought greetings from her parents, as well as a blue stone with the essence of the ocean. Haribo knew it was time, and as her tears of joy hit the Water Stone, she was filled with the energy of evolution and turned into a Ribombee/Vaporeon.

More time passed, and Haribo and Stardust met Rooster, a sweetheart of a Pyroar/G. Rapidash. She joined their little dating pool, and soon enough, the three were married. Stardust had a young charge named Aster, Haribo ended up becoming a surrogate mother for an Alolan Rattata mix named Remus, and Rooster adopted a Deerling/Marshadow named Hiro. 

A couple years into their relationship, Haribo laid some eggs, and the family was blessed with a new trio of family members, Toffee, Mocha, and Angler. More years passed, and Remus found his people, getting married to Mercy, Vortex, and Dante. 

Then the worst thing happened. On a cheerful outing in the woods, there was an ambush and one of the youngsters was kidnapped. In hopes of rescuing him, Hiro ran after, but was taken as well. Rooster has been devastated by this loss, and Haribo is doing her best to keep going in this tragic time.
