Wrist to distal humerus

Slight superimposition of radial head, neck, tuberosity over proximal ulna

Partially open elbow

No elongation or foreshortening of humeral epicondyles

Lateral

The elbow is at a 90 degree angle 

The radial head is over the coronoid process of the ulna

Radius and ulna are superimposed at the distal end

The humeral epicondyles are superimposed

The radial tuberosity faces anteriorly

Include at least proximal row of carpal bones
