Clavicles equidistant to vertebral column

Trachea visible in midline

 10 posterior ribs above diaphragm for full inspiration

Scapulae outside of lung fields

Sharp outlines of heart & diaphragm

Lateral

Arms and soft tissues not overlapping superior lungs

Costophrenic angles and lower apices of lungs

Hilum in center

Superimposition of ribs posterior to the vertebral column

Lateral sternum with no rotation
