Spine centered
No rotation
Ilia & obturator foramen symmetric
Ischial spines seen equally
Sacrum & coccyx aligned with pubic symphysis
Proper rotation of proximal femora
Femoral necks in full extent without superimposition
Greater trochanters in profile
Lesser trochanters, if seen, visible on the medial border of the femora
Inlet: 40° Caudad level of ASIS
Outlet: Cephalic Angle
Male: 20-35
Female: 30-45
Judet: 45° oblique
