LISSA AODCS  Flight Hardware in the Loop Test

Introduction

Test Description: Test AODCS flight software on FM FlatSat with as much flight model AODCS hardware as possible.

Resources Required:

• Tools: Required tools such as cleaning equipment, chemicals, jigs, hand tools, etc.

• Hardware and Equipment: Iris part IDs that will be used in this test.

• PPE: FM testing will likely occur in the clean room. Please follow all clean room safety guidelines. Please wear an ESD bracelet and use ESD mat when working with electronics.

Verification Activities: Provide a list of all verification activities that will be verified by the end of this test. It can be more than one if this is a multi-step test.

Pass Criteria: Provide a description of pass/fail criteria for each verification activity, including acceptance tolerances.

Test Apparatus

Provide a description of the test apparatus that will be used, and the process to install the test article. This is particularly important for Vibration and TVAC activities.

Test Set-Up

Provide step-by-step instructions for additional activities needed before beginning the test. This could include preparing software, data storage folders, or installing sensors.

Test Procedures

Provide an step-by-step instructions for completing the test, including data logging, inspection activities, etc.

Test Close-Out

Include information about apparatus tear down, clean up, consumables storage, and how to store test data.

Data Analysis

Provide step-by-step instructions for data analysis, including location of data storage.
