A 2005 graduate of Trimble, Coach Holbert was the starting quarterback on the 2004 TVC Championship and playoff team. That season he earned selections to the All TVC and All District teams and was special mention All-Ohio. After high school he played football at Muskingum University. Coach Holbert was named the 2014 State Coach of the Year for leading the Millersport Lakers to a 7-3 season after snapping a 48 game losing streak. Coach Holbert served as the head coach at Logan Elm High School for 11 seasons, with four playoff appearances.

A 1977 graduate of Trimble, Coach Faires was a member of the first class of Tomcats to be coached all four years by Paul Culver. Coach Faires was a first team All-District selection and Honorable Mention All Ohio his senior year. Coach Faires began his coaching career as an assistant under Coach Bolin in 1979. For 29 of his 32 years, he served as the head coach for the baseball team as well as the football program.

A 1978 graduate of Trimble, a member of the 1977 Bomb Squad, Coach Holbert was the first Trimble receiver to record over 500 yards receiving in a season and over 1,000 career receiving yards. He was 2nd Team All-Ohio his senior year. Coach Holbert played at Muskingum College. Coach Holbert also served as the head basketball coach and in 1992 led the Tomcats to a district championship.

A graduate of Portmouth West High School where he was a standout receiver and safety, Coach Litteral was an assistant coach for Trimble in 1984 before taking over the program in 1985. After leaving Trimble, Coach Litteral served as the head baseball coach at Portsmouth Notre Dame before taking the same position at Rock Hill High School.  In 2024 he was inducted into the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame.

A graduate of Nelsonville-York High School, Coach Pritchard had served as an assistant coach under Ed Bolin for four seasons. After leaving Trimble, Coach Pritchard left teaching to become an engineer at GE Aircraft Engines.

Overall Record - 8-2

A graduate of Jacksonville-Trimble High School. Coach Bolin was the last player to score a touchdown for the Cardinals. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Coach Bolin became an assistant coach under Paul Culver in 1975. After the undefeated 1980 season, Coach Bolin became the only Trimble coach to be awarded the AP "Ohio Coach of the Year" award. Coach Bolin left Trimble for Waverly where he guided the Tigers to success for two decades completing his coaching career with a record of 197-82-3.

A graduate of Hopewell High School and after playing at West Liberty State, Coach Culver came to Trimble in 1973 after a one year stint coaching the Cadiz High School Freshman team. Coach Culver revamped the Trimble program into the established tradition that it is today. After a brief stint at Buckeye North High School, Coach Culver settled at Sheridan where he led the Generals for nearly three decades with a career coaching record of 323-132-5.

Joe Bokovitch a 1955 graduate of Glenville State where he played football, came to Glouster after a successful head coaching stint at Ravenswood WV. As an assistant coach there he was part of two state championship teams. When Coach Bokovitch arrived, Glouster was an independent but would soon join the Mid Ohio Valley Conference for three seasons from 1968-1970.

Overall Record: 21-41-1

Terry Tignor was a graduate of Nelsonville High School and Ohio University. He came to Glouster after being an undefeated junior high coach at Millersport School District. The 1965 season was the first year Glouster played as an independent.

Overall Record - 1-7

Virgil Grandy had served as an assistant coach in the Glouster program, but previous Coach Tom Cremeans' late resignation (just 11 days before the first game) propelled Coach Grandy into the position. A successful basketball coach, Coach Grandy would serve as head football coach for only the 1964 season, the final year Glouster was in the Muskingum Valley League
