Challenge2: Send an email.

Send an encrypted, programmed with return receipt Email with an attachment to the teacher.

In this exercise you will have to send an email with a file attached to the teacher:

 mariateresa.degracia@educa.madrid.org

This file will be previously downloaded from the Aula Virtual. It is located in the resources folder and the name of the file is download.pdf

Instructions:

  1. Open the Aula Virtual, go to the resources folder and download the file download.pdf

  2. Log in to Educamadrid email

  3. Click on compose an email

  4. Fill in the fields with the data:

to: mariateresa.degracia@educa.madrid.org

Subject: ED2. Name Surname and group.

Body of the message: 

EDUCAMADRID It is an Educational Technology Platform of the Community of Madrid. It is in charge of providing the entire Educational Community of Madrid with educational tools, web services and virtual settings to carry out its pedagogical functions. EDUCAMADRID is responsible for ensuring that distance education is carried out 100% online.

  1. Make changes in the body:

Change the font type.

Change the font colour.

Justify the text.

Put EDUCAMADRID in bold.

  1. Attach the file from the computer download.pdf (you can find it in AulaVirtual/resources) . Click on the button or drag and drop the file to there.

  2. Set the day after at 16:00 to send the email

  3. Check the button return receipt. Return Receipt is a proof of delivery 

  4. Send the email. (If a window appears click in send it unencrypted)
