First of all, I dislike cooking. I'm not a fan of the messy mess. It's too time-consuming. My recipes don't always turn out as they do in cookbooks...and my cooking is poor. I purchased the Cosori air Fryer a few weeks agoand have been enjoying cooking all day, several times per every day, ever since.

It's as easy as pulling from the package and it's ready to go. The detachable pan and basket will be cleaned with soapy water prior to adding food items. The buttons are simple to use. There's a snowflake to store frozen food, fries for bacon, fries for fries as well as keep warm and preheat.
When I first started it up I was unsure of what I was to anticipate. I was unsure whether it would become hot and burn my kitchen counter (or myself). I was worried it would be loud. It wasn't any of that. It's warm on the outside , but it's not as hot as an oven. You must be cautious when pulling the basket or food that is inside the fryer, as it's fooling you into thinking that it operates so fast and heats food this fast. In terms of the sound, you can hear the air moving but I wouldn't say it's loud. My Alexa is right next to the air fryer and the Alexa is able to hear me as I talk when the fryer's in operation. Additionally, because my Alexa is located near the fryer's air vent, it is possible to see that it won't overheat or throw things out at you, otherwise I wouldn't have an Alexa near it.
It looks fantastic on my counter , too. It's already becoming an interesting conversation item within my home. There was a family gathering this weekend and they wanted to find out the details of what I was doing. I staged an attempt at a cooking demonstration with everyone in the room and watched. They consumed all the food (not any food remaining on our plates! ) Then they decided to buy an air fryer, too.
As of now, I've made recipes from the recipe book , as well as an Chicken Fried Steak recipe that was in the air fryer cookbook that I purchased on my own. The best thing about the cookbook you get with Cosori's Cosori air-fryer is the fact that every recipe is illustrated with it and the ingredients aren't difficult for those like me who don't have a passion about cooking. The majority of recipes require ingredients you've probably known about and likely already have in your kitchen which is a huge benefit for me since I don't like wandering in the grocery store looking for an ingredient that I'll use only every now and then.
The first recipe I attempted included sweet potato chips from the accompanying Cosori cookbook. I prefer my fries to be slightly crunchy, so I might have put their air-fryer for a couple of minutes longer than the recipe suggests however they were delicious. They are definitely the most delicious sweet potato fries I've eaten.
For fun, I put in some frozen okra I purchased from the frozen section. I purchased a water bottle and filled it up with olive oil. All I did was lightly spray olive oil over the okra in the air fryer basket , and then press to the "snowflake" button. Okra came out crispy, exactly how I prefer it. And I was amazed that it went from frozen to crisp and crunchy in just a few minutes. The majority of them were golden brown but I could identify those that I not noticed when I spray the okra with olive oil. They were white, still crunchy and tasty however, it was a strange-looking white. I've since purchased an oil sprayer pressurized can designed specifically to spray olive oil and it's much better in spreading the spray evenly as my water bottle made of plastic.
The same night, I'm on to my third recipe that I came up with: chicken cooked steak. The recipe isn't included in the Cosori cookbook. The Cosori cookbook that I was looking through didn't contain an image which is why I wasn't any point sure of how the recipe would come out. It's so delicious, I've made it twice in three days.
The entire dinner that night was cooked in my air fryer including sweet potato fries frozen okra that was air fried, chicken fritters. It was an extravagant dinner with no time spent and my kitchen wasn't an issue after having cooked all that. There were only a handful of plates and a few bowls that I'd put in place of pans and pots, and baking dishes that were stacked on my counter, with the smell of a dirty stove to wash.
The following day, I made mozzarella cheese sticks that were in the Cosori cookbook. I completely messed up the recipe by making use of baking soda instead of cornstarch. Do I need to mention just how awful I am in the kitchen? Regardless the mozzarella sticks turned out fine (but not the best I think it was my own error). They were crisp and cooked quickly.
