General Rules

1: No racism, sexism, bullying, transphobic or homophobic comments

Be respectful to people and respect their identity. Any malicious comments or insults towards people will result in an instant warning.

2: Avoid political discussions/arguments

If there is an argument, or you wish to have a political discussion, please take it to the DM’s or in #discussion-and-brainstorming.

3: Keep discussions in the appropriate channels

Includes proper use of the bot room, media channels, NSFW channels, etc. This also refers to the channels that should not have any chatting in them, such as the bios and introductions.

4: No NSFW/Triggering content in general/RP channels

Any nudity and sexual content must remain in the respective channels. Breaking this rule will result in a warning or a kick. Any triggering topics must be discussed in #venting, and all sexual discussion and media must stay in the NSFW section of the server. Breaking this rule will result in a warning.

5: Avoid discussion of former members who were banned

Out of respect for those members, it is advised to not discuss the terms of their ban.

6: Direct Messaging Mods, Admins and members

Unless it is something important, a complaint, suggestion or question which has not been answered in the server, please refrain from directly messaging the moderators and admins without their permission. Discussing/planning something that would affect the server negatively in DMs, deliberately trying to hide it from Admins, or the spreading of false and/or harmful information about the server will result in a kick. Please note that all members should have chosen a role relating to whether they want people direct messaging them. Check that role before sending a message to anyone in the server.

7: Respect the staff team

Moderators have the ability to give someone an official warning if someone continuously ignores or acts out against them. Respect the advice mods have to offer and if you find an issue with a moderator’s remarks, please speak to the server owner.

8: If you are being harassed, tell an admin

As mentioned before, harassment of any kind is not tolerated. If you are having an issue or feel unsafe, reach out to someone with authority and they will try to fix the problem.

9: Spamming

Spamming is not tolerated in any of the channels and can be punished with a warning. The same goes for spamming voice channels through the use of bots, continuously speaking over people or being disruptive/loud.

10: Disturbing Media

Any graphic media that is disturbing to the viewer, considered illegal, intended for sadistic pleasure or glorification of violence is NOT permitted, this includes the NSFW channels. Breaking this rule will result in an instant kick and report. (Death, gore, sexual content involving minors or violence, animal cruelty, etc.)*

11: Discord Guidelines

Not respecting the Discord Guidelines and Terms of Service will result in an instant kick/ban. Users who have broken this rule will also be reported along with the punishment.

12: Approvals and Arguments

Regular members CANNOT speak in the name of the staff team of Tilia. This means that regular members cannot approve characters for other people. Along with this, if there is an argument going on, and you are seen trying to fuel the argument while an admin is trying to settle the situation, you will be treated as if you were part of the argument and receive a warning.

13: Age Restrictions

People under 16 are not allowed in the server without the permission of the server owner due to seniority. Anyone found lying about their age by picking up a different role than what applies to them will risk getting a warning or being kicked from the server.
