Hello STEM families!!
Today was quite the busy day as we tried to wrap up our Caterpillar Automata projects! Two students nearly completed theirs (see pics below!), and I brought several boxes home in hopes of assembling them, and then will bring them back for final touches when we return to STEM in TWO WEEKS! Just a friendly reminder: We will not meet for STEM next week as the Branches Thanksgiving Potluck will be taking place (please click on "THURSDAY" above to sign up!), and then the following week will be Thanksgiving Break!
A couple of students forgot to bring their projects, so I'm including a few steps below which can be completed at home. I had made the driving mechanism portion for each student and brought them to class so a couple of students had brought theirs home with them. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out!
Lastly, I just wanted to give a big shout out of thanks to Kaiden and Matthew for being such big helps by assisting fellow classmates with their projects (since there's only one of me and this projects has required quite a bit of hands-on help!)! THANK YOU, Matthew and Kaiden!!
