Do these breedings always cause dead cub?!
No. But inexperienced breeders should be wary with these breedings as the odds are not in your favor.
STEP ONE : PREPARATIONS
If your Shedu is freshly uploaded, or is otherwise un-touched as of yet / Does not have one of the above Badges then ;
If your cat is OERS ( aslo known as an Official Bred Shedu ), then they will need to pass one of the Shedu Pedigree Certificate Tests.
If your cat is Streetbred (marked in their Information), they will need to pass one of our Perpective Beasts Tests.
Or, if you have no time or desire to go through tests, you may head to the Breeding Shop and simply buy Fake Papers with RDs (in game currency).
Understanding "Official" vs "Streetbred" Shedu Classifications :
Shows and events especially those sponsored by Elsevier and other "legit" groups will require a Shedu have Official Registration Papers to enter. This weeds out the "Moggy" street cats of sometimes unknown or potentially hazardous parentage.
To get cubs that have official papers you MUST breed an official cat to another official cat. ( Officially Bred Shedus that have passed their SPC Tests are Officially Registered. )
OR
You must breed an Officially Bred Shedu to a cat that has Fake Papers.
If either parent of cubs is a Streetbred and it does not have Fake Papers then the cubs will all be born Streetbred cats.
Don't worry though! Street cats have their own races, competitions, and member shows that often allow both Official and Streetbred Cats alike to join!
If all else fails... you can always get your Street cub it's own set of Fake Papers!
! IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION !
Streetbred Shedu Cats are not allowed enter SPC Tests under any circumstances!
But!
An OERS cat ( Official Bred Shedu ) without an SPC may enter the Perspective Beast Test!*
An OERS cat with SPC official papers are still allowed to enter the Perspective Beast Challenge Test, in an attempt to get rid of the -10 point penalty to final score of said OERS cat in Street Races.
An OERS cat without an SPC or PB can get Fake Papers, it will give the cat bronze SPC papers. Those Shedus born with an 'Unknown' Lineage, will be randomly rolled their lineage when they receive their Fake Papers. While those with a known / given lineage, will keep their Lineage, even when acquiring Fake Papers.
*Though, an OERS Shedu who only holds a Perspective Beast's Badge, cannot breed to another OERS Shedu for Officially Bred cubs, as the Papers are 'Illegal' and thusly only allow the OERS cat whom holds only a PB Badge, to produce 'Streetbred' Offspring, until they acquire an Official Shedu Pedigree Certificate or, if they Fail their SPC Test, until they acquire Fake Papers to by-pass their SPC Test Fail.
STEP TWO : FILLING OUT PAPERS
If you read the GROUP RULES and our information explaining, what the LOG system is, you ought not have any troubles with this step...
However, we remind you :
Make sure, that breeding deal was set in cat`s breeding LOG, if cat(s) you are going to breed do not belong to you.
It is very important! And in case of a deal being broken, this will serve as firm evidence of rule violation!
... Head to the BREEDING section of the Dam you intend to breed's LOG.
Fill out and post the BREEDING REQUEST TEMPLATE with the intended pair's information's.
Remember ; This should be in the BREEDING section, and under any applicable logs / breeding approval comments from there.

If you are unsure if cat belongs to any player made breeds or not - check the cat's ref. It will be clearly stated, if the cat is a part of some breed.
If you are breeding FEMALE Shedu that has no breeding restrictions (such as specific slots for being of Special Blood), and you do not own the cat, you MUST place your breeding request RIGHT UNDER owner`s permission like THIS example ;
If you are breeding a FEMALE Shedu that has breeding restrictions (Baketora , Bayun , Munchkin, Arabian or Komainu), and you do not own the cat, you MUST place your breeding request RIGHT UNDER owner`s permission, that must be posted under and un-used Breeding Slot comment by Shedu Master like THIS example ;

Once you have finished adding the Breeding Request Template to the Dam's Breeding Log, Be sure to link that Request's Comment that you just made back to the Sire's Breeding Approval / Breeding Comments Log for accurate aging and tracking of offspring!
How to Apply Items to Breedings
Applying items to breedings is simple! However, there is one rule of thumb that must always be followed. Only apply items BEFORE you post your breeding to the season's log. Once the form is posted onto the season log, items can no longer be added. So! How do you apply the items? Once the form is posted onto the female's import under the 'Breeding' comment, make a request in the shedu bank requesting usage of your chosen items to the selected breeding. There are two ways of doing this:
Items may be purchased and applied directly to a breeding: here.
Or, Existing items may be pulled from your bank and applied to a breeding: here.
Remember to follow the format on each given banking log to make it easier for admins to process your request. When purchasing items, make sure your RDs total in your bank is enough to purchase the selected items. When withdrawing items from your bank, make sure you have the chosen items you are applying banked.
Member Applied Items/Companions: Breeders Pins and Companions that have breeding effects (must already be applied to cat in the breeding).
Reply to breeding request with Pin/Companion, Include link to proof or pin or link to companion comment on cat. Include also the relevant breeding effects only! *See each item/companion for more information.*
ex.
Cobra (can be link or item image with link)
[Proof] <- link to comment on cats log where it is applied to the cat
Effect: Each breeding would come as if under effect of Wild Card.
! REMEMBER ! Unbanked items from explores, show winnings, or otherwise CANNOT BE APPLIED until they are properly banked.
STEP THREE : REQUESTING YOUR BREEDING
When you`ve posted your breeding request on dam`s breeding log, have Linked that Request to the Sire's Breeding Approval/Log and checked that everything is correct...
- and any wanted items have been purchased and applied by a banking admin -
...it is time to post a link to your breeding request here ;
After that all you need is to sit and wait for the "Babu Baking" process!
The finalized Litter's information will be posted on dam`s page right under your actual breeding request.
( Average Wait time from END of Season ( 22nd of Each Breeding Month ) to the "Birth of babus" is approximately 2 weeks )
After that happens, you can design your new cubs, or Sell /Gift / Trade them to The Group
or to Other Members through our Discord Group Advertisements,
or through our Deviant Art Advertisement's Gallery.
