Selling, Gifting and Buying

This is the first step of  how your ownership is confirmed. As soon as this is done, cat considered as yours. However, make sure that this ownership transfer was confirmed by admins.

If it was made, you will be listed in import`s description as the owner.

If such thing did not happen and you know that seller never asked admins for approve, do it on your own, by using this log:

Ownership Transfer Log

 (use the transfer, made in cat`s log as the proof of the fact that this deal actually happened.)

Please, make sure that in log there is actually no such ownership transfer to avoid double ups.

Quote from group rules:

• "Cats that are taken for free from Weasyls or Elseviers cannot be sold for points unless the cat has reached 200 AP."

• All other sales are up to you to decide and put conditions.

• Remember that previous owner of a cat (seller) MUST put ownership transfer on cat`s LOG, and then approve it by admins, using Ownership Transfer Log for transfer to become official.
  
  

It is a very good idea and way to manage sales and transfers these ways:

• ALWAYS PUT OWNERSHIP TRANSFER INTO CATS PERSONAL LOG BEFORE ASKING ADMINS TO CONFIRM THE TRANSFER.

• Also it is good to mark conditions of sale, such as " Was sold to "____" for 700 pts. Not mandatory, but a good thing to do.

• When you are sorting out the deal, seller would be a precious person, if they mark on cat`s LOG something like this:

  • • "Cat is assigned for sale for "Username tag here" for 5 images of cat "link to cat, that must be drawn"

    • And next comment under that: Payment pending.

    • And when deal is done - PAYMENT COMPLETE: Owner of a cat "username tag here"
