Q: Can my streetbred cat go through SPC?
A: No.
In order to breed with other streetbred cats they need to pass their PB test or buy the fake papers.
Street bred cat with fake papers can breed both with OERS cats and streetbred cats.
Q: Can an OERS cat go through PB?
A: Short answer is yes.
Your cat can go through PB (Perspective beast test) and by doing so (and winning) they will get rid of -10 points starting penalty for OERS cats, that are entering street races.
However, PB can not be completed instead of SPC. In order for your OERS cat to breed with other OERS cats, they need to pass their SPC successfully.
Q: I see some cats with no SPC being bred, whats up with it?
A: The only cats that can be bred without SPC or PB are the Elsevier or group cats. It is easy to determine those - all of them belong to Templado.
There is an interesting thing to it also: If you`ll buy a cat from Templado that was bred without SPC or PB completed - they will receive an autoSPC or FP, so you won`t be obligated to complete the test in order to breed your new cat.
