At Bloom’s level 3—Application—typical verbs used to start the learning objectives include: Create, Modify, Delete, Operate, Solve, and Use.
The following example demonstrates how to correctly write a learning objective at Bloom’s Level 3.

Select the object that we have to wrap.
Right-click the object and select Wrap Paragraph text.
To change the wrap type, activate the Object properties Docker window.
Click the general tab.
Select a wrapping style from the wrap paragraph text list box.

In this example, the learning objective written for the content is specific and requires the learner to apply the newly acquired skill in a different context.
The following non-example demonstrates how not to write a learning objective at Bloom’s Level 3.
