Water magic is easily the easiest type of magic for any nerokata to learn, and is rather commonplace in Thalassia's Edge! Calm or ferocious, clear or murky, every nerokata knows water. How it feels, how it flows, how it tastes and takes you where you want to go- or somewhere you've never seen before.

Description:
The user concentrates, then rushes forward in a burst of speed, using the water around them to catapult them to where they want to go!
Limits and Extremes:
A nerokata can keep up their Propulsion for as long as they can hold focus. The speed can vary greatly- either a small push, or generally up to 30-40 MPH (48-64 KPH)! However, an experienced user when desperate can go much faster, even up to ~80 MPH (129 KPH). These massive bursts of speed, though, put a lot of strain on the body and can't be sustained for more than a few minutes at a time.

Description:
From their mouth or paws, the user manipulates the water around them or their own saliva to create bubbles. How are they filled with air? Who knows.
Limits and Extremes:
Even a young fry can create a large amount of bubbles! These bubbles can be as small as the nerokata desires, and at biggest, just big enough for them to slip inside. These bubbles can even be shaped or colored, and if multiple nerokata team up, they can make even bigger bubbles together! These bubbles are also often quite firm to the touch and stay neutrally bouyant, often made to entertain the user or others.

Description:
Taking a read of the temperature, the user can lower or raise the temperature of the water around them.
Limits and Extremes:
Often used to cool down or warm up in unfavorable temperatures, this ability is full of uses! While unable to outright boil or freeze the water around them, a nerokata can change the temperature around them to be immediately noticable to those around them. In extreme cases, this ability can be used defensively, making the water too hot or too cold to dissuade predators who are more senstitive to temperature. While this can damage the user, it's better than the alternative...
