Description:
Using magic, the user can make their bodies glow- no cracking involved.
Limits and Extremes:
This ability causes an intense glow of the body- much brighter than one could get with Bioluminescence! Users generally focus on one body part at a time at first, but the whole body can glow if desired. This glowing can be mild, or bright enough to impare vision. Many nerokata tend to use this ability to blind predators by slamming blindingly brilliant paws down on their eyes.

Description:
Using the mind and magic, the user is able to create light outside of their body.
Limits and Extremes:
Nerokata generally start out creating a small ball of light to guide them, though after enough practice, users can create bigger and brighter lights. Shaped lights are possible, as well- fish-shaped lights are popular, as nerokata will send them swimming ahead of them to guide them. The bigger the light, the more taxing it is. Multiple lights can be created at once by more experienced casters!

Description:
Using light magic, the user is capable of instantly healing minor injuries.
Limits and Extremes:
This ability is extremely useful for anyone to learn, and is very often the first complex spell that nerokata will learn. This spell can not only be used on others- it can also be used on the caster themselves! Minor injuries are easy to heal, even cuts, but deep gashes are much harder. If the injury is large, it's better to heal small increments at a time, with rests in between.
