The agenda "Human trafficking" had been set for the committee LP-1 in the second session. The committee got aggressive due to the voices raised by the delegate of Sher Bahadur Deuba, KP Oli, Barsha Man Pun and Matrika Prasad Yadav.
Prem Suwal, KP Oli, Shashang Koirala, Matrika prasad, Yadav Barsaman Pun, and others performed the GSL. As the GSL was going smoothly, the committee got caught in a crisis. The crisis pointed out Matrika Prasad Yadav, Debendra Paudel, and Kumar Regmi for being involved in human trafficking.
"The victims may have been threatened to not reveal the trafficker's name,” the delegate of Prem Sawal said. ”So we would not conclude that the delegates of Matrika Prasad and Devendra have been involved.”,
The delegate of Sher Bahadur questioned why the victims were scared when they were in the hands of police.
The delegate of Mathrika Prasad said, " What did the parties pay the traffickers to accuse the delegate of Mathrika?"
With the update on the crisis, it was said that Sher Bahadur Deuba was also involved in trafficking and was behind this incident.
“The delegate of Matrika Prasad Yadav was involved in human trafficking of twenty women,” the delegate of Mohmmad Istyak Rai said.” But what about the delegate of KP Sharma Oli and the delegate of Sher Bahadur Deuba who were involved in selling the country?"
The second update of the crisis showed that Sher Bahadur Deuba was framed by KP Oli and had nothing to do in this case. A phone call from KP Oli to Mathrika Prasad Yadav proved this.
"Since the table has turned, the delegate of KP Oli can not save himself,” Susang Kiorala's delegate stated.
KP Oli stated the possibility of his phone being hacked.
"KP Oli was proved wrong but was still framing Sher Bahadur Deuba from the very beginning," GK Thapa's delegate stated.
Later, with the unmodulated caucus time limit of 30 minutes, the committee came to the conclusion that everybody should be given a second chance and the resolution successfully passed with two-third of the vote from the majority of delegates.
